Colorful Delusions

I created a new character in RO(soon to be merchant), went through the academy, followed the recommendation(merchant). I was just walking north from the spawn point and a message window came up. It said something like "Kehehehehehe GAHAHAHAHA". It was from someone named !?. I was beside the NPC that says something about his store being torn down or something. I checked my items, stats, and levels and nothing changed. I'm not sure if its normal, but it was the first time it ever happened to me. Can anyone tell me what it was about?

When I was bored enough, I started playing pokemon yellow again. I started a new game and got my lv. 99 metapod out of the storage and killed off my pikachu. (I have no life) If you finished the game over 20 times, you would realize how pathetic the elite 4 is. I beat them 5 times in a row with only my metapod. (the fifth time I decided to fight them in critical condition. I reached lance's dragonite before he finally hit me)
