Web Comics are fun

current favorite web comics:
MegaTokyo - fun, has manga-style drawings, and suprisingly had a solid plot early on.

Nekobox - nice SD/chibi? characters with ninjas and a marshmallow like alien.

Penny Arcade - If you like videogames and getting drunk and you often get free radioactive scorpions with your cola, everything here may happen to you.

CTRL+ALT+DEL - I think this can be divided into 3 parts: actual story(sort of, any strip that isn't under the other 2 parts) Chef Brian(very random. I get inspired by his words) Winter-een mas(self proclaimed holiday for videogamers during winter)

Dominic Deegan-oracle for hire - I just started, but the cast and the first few strips are interesting.

I'm too lazy to leave the house lately, so I've been stuck here for a while. If I'm not playing Wild Arms 3, Ragnarok, Dynasty Warriors, Metal Gear Solid 2, Final Fantasy 6, or GTA:Vice City, I'm reading webcomics.

I've been planning to go to Robinsons this monday though. I just hope I won't be too lazy.

*sigh* I hate boredom *shoots boredom with a rocket launcher*

What I've been doing(why am I typing this? no one cares anyway):

- listened to my playlist 5 times in a row
- read Nekobox from beginning until December 2002
- re-read Megatokyo
- went back to fanfiction.net and read some old favorites
- browsed through some new blog layouts just in case I decided to change mine
- remember I'm too lazy to play with html today
- oogle at everyone else's new blog layouts and think I wish I had enough willpower to do the same
- cycle through chatterboxes
- added new links
- right-click at rika's blog (hehe)
- stare at nothing in particular
- listen to my wierd cool thingie make wierd beeping noises
- posting this
- wondering exactly what meaningful thing did I do over the summer

Random thoughts:

- I... need... Justice!(the song, you twit)
- Did you know there is at least 557329 grains of gravel on the road in front of my house?
- Bloody Roar 4's gameplay is decent, but the story and voice acting was pathetic
- There are at least 246 different ways to die in GTA: Vice City
- Dynasty Warriors is addicting
- I have a lv. 99 magikarp with 99 strength working on defense next
- I need a life
- I need a haircut before the start of the school year
- during summer, people count down the # of days before school starts
- at the beginning of the school year, people count down the # of days beforeschool ends
- I like meaty-cheesy rangers better than the Alphanumeric rangers
- What's that you say? I should burn Wal-Mart? okay!

Nothing intresting ever happens in my life

Enrollments, game hoggers and the "soothing warmth" of the sun

I went to Robinsons after the enrollment. Some guy was hogging the Bloody Roar II machine, so I tried out some other games. I tried Last Blade II using Setsuna(speed) and got beaten by this small girl(forgot her name) on the 3rd stage. I continued with Moriya(power) and got beaten again at the same stage. I was better off using speed. I know there's a way to use the EX mode, but I forgot how to do it.*sigh* Played Soul Calibur abit too. I was using Taki. I just kept using her "flip" move(the one where she jumps high and usually lands behind the opponent) and pulling off simple combos. I lost at the 3rd stage again against "Arthur"(blonde mitsurugi) The guy was still playing at the Bloody Roar machine after that.

I moved on to SM. I just entered and I was lost already. Took a few checks at the directory to find out I was at the wrong side. I went to Comic Quest with my P500 to get the FLCL manga Khan pointed out to me some time ago. It turns out they were out of stock.*sigh* I went off to Shangri La. I had to circle the whole SM building from the outside to see the mall because I left at the wrong exit. There are just some days in summer vacation when you spend the whole afternoon out with the sun baking your back that makes you miss the gentle breeze on a cloudy day.

I kept going up I floor at a time looking for a place to eat until I found the food court 1 floor below where I started. *sigh* (I should go to these places more often. I need to stop getting lost) I spent a few minutes relaxing at a table, eating and emtying Mc Donalds' soda supply before heading straight to Power Station. I mostly played Rival Schools: PJ. well, it was the only game I played. I tried out Gorin, Taiyo, and Pacific High's story mode and then played Free mode once. I lost in the 3rd(or 4th) stage in every story mode. I hate Momo and Vatsu. Wild Daigo was easy though. The first fight in Pacific High's story mode was fun though. Since Boman and Chairperson(whats her name? Iincho?) were the only ones I could use, I just played Boman. The party up technique puts up bothe guts(full) and life(slightly). So, no matter how often I used the part up tech, I could use it again and again and again and again making Boman almost invincible. I finished that fight once only using throws and part up techs. I also found 2 combos where I could link party up techs using Kyosuke. I went back home to surf the net later. I finished every strip in the MegaTokyo website in just 2 days. hehe
